The carillon at Cape Town City Hall - 100 years in service
Hi Reader,
No big reason for this email — just a moment to pause, reflect, and stay connected.
This past week, I got rare access to film inside the Cape Town City Hall tower, where a 100-year-old carillon plays — restored to honour the 12,500 South Africans who gave their lives in WW1.
When I first heard the bells, I could feel their memory in my heart.
It reminded me of the things we build that last — not just products or plans, but purpose, presence, and connection.
I just wanted to share the moment:

Warmest clucks from a chilly Cape Town,
